I don’t blog about beauty stuff as a general rule. There are loads of good vloggers on YouTube for all that malarkey  However, when a product has a face changing impact, I think it deserves a little mention. Please can I just say here that this is not a sponsored post. No cosmetics house knows anything about little old me. I just like the product and if I like it, I want to tell you about it too.

This time of year usually equates to most of my face falling off. My skin is not a fan of cold and then hot (central heating…) and then cold again, so it protests redly for a little while and then peels off my face. Awesome.

Usually I head to Clarins and their Clarins Face Treatment Oils which I merrily slap on and everything is good. However, this year a free sample of ’17′ BB cream fell out of a magazine onto my lap. I shrugged and thought – why not? Now, I don’t believe ads all that much, especially when they have a modelly, smiley person cavorting around saying how amazing their face is, but a product speaks for itself. I tried it, and I’ve not looked back. I don’t like my face to be smothered in foundation but I do have a bit of pinkness to me. The BB cream sorts all that out; nice coverage without the cakiness and, with a primer underneath, really does last all day. Plus, my skin is still on my face! Bonus.
